Learning Objective: Explore attachment in your life and learn how to release it so that you become a lighter version of yourself.
Scriptures: Matthew 11:29, 19:27-30 | Colossians 1:9-14
Prayer: Lord, grant me the ability to remove from my life those things that do not have any lasting value. Those things that block my ability to tune into what you have planned for me. I want your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding to be done.
Learning Objective: By the end of this lesson and series participants will be able to understand how wholehearted love for God and intentional obedience to His Word shape emotional, spiritual, and daily decision-making, and apply these principles through the EIC (Emotional Intelligence in Christ) lens to cultivate trust, faithfulness, and consistent spiritual growth.
Heavenly Father, Thank You for being faithful to every promise You make. As we begin this study of Joshua, teach us how to walk in courage, obedience, and trust. Help us move beyond fear, doubt, and hesitation so that we may fully possess the purpose and inheritance You have prepared for us.
Strengthen our faith when obstacles seem overwhelming. Remind us that Your presence goes before us and that victory comes through dependence on You. Give us hearts that are committed, obedient, and willing to follow wherever You lead.
Teach us to lead with wisdom, live with integrity, and stand firm in seasons of transition. May this study deepen our confidence in Your faithfulness and inspire us to choose You daily in every area of our lives.
As for us and our households, we will serve the Lord.
Learning Objective: Discover how Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and how the early church followed “The Way.” Learn how to find direction, discern truth, and experience the abundant life God promises.
Prayer: Lord, too often I let things cut in on you and me, I find myself drifting further away. Bring me back today, I want to tailgate you because you are my way, my truth and my life.
Learning Objective: By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to recognize how fear, doubt, and perception influence their response to God’s promises, evaluate their emotional and behavioral reactions in seasons of uncertainty, and apply the EIC Method (Encounter → Identify Behavior → Course Correct) to shift from fear-driven responses to faith-centered obedience aligned with God’s Word.
Developing confidence in God’s guidance and covenant promises
Choosing faithful obedience in seasons of uncertainty and challenge
Recognizing how fear, doubt, and negative attitudes hinder spiritual growth
Understanding God’s steady faithfulness despite human weakness and inconsistency
Prayer: Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, anchored in Your Word in Deuteronomy. Teach us what it means to love You with all our heart, soul, and strength, and to let that love shape every part of our lives.
Where fear has taken root, replace it with trust. Where doubt has spoken louder than Your promises, quiet our thoughts with Your truth. Help us not only hear Your Word but carry it in our hearts and live it out in our daily choices.
Let our emotions be surrendered to You, and our actions reflect obedience rooted in love.
Form us into people who do not drift between belief and fear, but who are fully anchored in You.
Learning Objective: God didn’t just create you to survive stress and trauma—He designed you to heal. Learn how to partner with the Holy Spirit and your God-given nervous system to complete what’s been left unfinished.
Scriptures: Genesis 22:1-19 | Matthew 14:25-33
Prayer: Lord, thank you that you have designed my body to heal and restore. I give the Holy Spirit permission to show me what needs to be completed and restored in my life.
