Learning Objective: Exodus 14:13-14 reminds us that true transformation doesn’t come from the absence of fear, but from choosing faith in the midst of it. Through Christ, we learn to live differently—where emotions no longer control us but instead guide us toward deeper trust in God, a invitation into a new way of living—where Emotional Intelligence in Christ guides or behavior and actions.

Prayer:
Let us pray, Heavenly Father,
In moments of fear and uncertainty, help us to be still and remember that You are with us. Teach us to recognize each encounter as part of Your plan, to pause before we react, and to choose faith over fear. Guide our hearts to respond not in the flesh, but in Your love, truth, and wisdom. Strengthen us to trust that You are fighting for us, even when we cannot see the way.
Prayer: Lord, help us recognize the encounters you place in our lives. Give us wisdom to pause and identify the behaviors and actions that do not reflect your heart. Guide us through your Holy Spirit so that we may respond with patience, humility, compassion, and truth. May our responses reflect the character of Christ in every encounter. Amen
