Edge God In Podcast 75: Want a Change of Heart? Today’s podcast explores a process to make that happen.
Sin: Greek translation is hamartia: to miss the mark
Repentance: Greek translation is metanoia: to have a change of heart or mind
Sin is missing the mark and repentance is getting back to Jesus, our target for inner peace and confidence. FEAR fuels behaviors that often result in sin, envy, anger outbursts, shaming and blaming, judgements. Jesus paid our price and calls us to begin again quicker each time we miss the mark. We have an advocate to help us experience a change of heart.
